Project Management Processes – Impact on the Success of Information Systems Projects

Purpose: Few studies in the literature address success of enterprise Information Systems (IS) projects, namely focusing on how is influenced by project management practices. This research studied impact ISO 21500/PMBOK processes IS aiming to contribute a better understanding practices importance context this type projects. Design/methodology/approach: An international survey was used collect data, which analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics.
